Meet the Team

Managing Principal
Michael Gerali is a Colorado native and has been active in the employee benefits and human resources consulting arena since 1989. Prior to the founding of HRSB, Mike served as President of HR Source.
Mike has spent his career working with private and public corporations in the areas of Group Benefits, Retrement Planning and Executive Benefit Planning. Most recently, he has been a featured speaker at numerous national conferences on the topics of Retiree Pension and Health Care Obligations.
Mike’s goals are to help his clients reduce their long term employee benefits costs while creating attractive benefits packages that help them recruit and retain a viable workforce.
He is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He lives in Denver with his wife Allyson and his two daughters.

Founding Partner
James Milhollan has spent over 20 years working with corporations and individuals in the areas of employee benefits, retirement planning and life insurance planning. Jim has extensive knowledge in helping companies and their employees maximize the value of their qualified and nonqualified retirement plans.
Jim is a graduate of James Madison University. He lives in Littleton Colorado with his wife Lori and their two children.

Vice President of Technology
Brad heads up Technology at HR Solutions. He has spent the past 11 years working with businesses on their employee benefits. Brad takes pride in identifying technology & workflow solutions that fit the client’s needs. There is no one size fits all approach in today’s Healthcare Reform landscape & multi-generational workforce. Prior to joining HR Solutions, Brad developed and deployed his own startup technology solution for small business.
Brad also oversees a P&C agency, Colorado Professionals Insurance, LLC that specializes in the needs of the Realtor community and new homebuyers.
Brad graduated from the University of Denver in 1996. He enjoys golfing, watching college sports and spending time with his wife and three kids.
